Live workshop · Wednesday 14 October
90 minutes on what actually changes a body in perimenopause and menopause. Built for Muslim women 40+, by one who went through it.
Seats are limited, and I am not pretending otherwise for effect. It is one room, one morning, and I want to be able to answer questions properly.
So the waitlist gets the registration link two days before anyone else hears about it.
Four pillars. You will leave able to explain all four to your sister without me in the room. That is the point of naming them.
Your protein number, and how to hit it with rice, roti, dal and biryani still on the table. Nothing gets removed in week one.
Resistance training for a 40+ body, at home or at the gym, modest, and scalable down to a chair and no weights.
Why progesterone drops first, what that has to do with the 3am wake-up, and the small changes that hold sleep together.
The body as an amanah. Salah as the anchor of the day rather than something squeezed around it. Not tacked on the end, part of the protocol.
Your $17 ticket includes a printable workbook. Your protein number worked out for your body weight, the plate builder, a week of training you can actually do, and the sleep reset. Print it before we start and fill it in as we go, so you finish the morning with a plan rather than notes.
The $17 is credited in full against The Sakinah Reset if you ever decide to work with me one to one.
Workshop 1 landed at midnight in Singapore and 2am in Sydney. This one is built around the women who are actually on this list.

I am 49 and in menopause. I am a mom of 4, and an ISSA certified nutritionist, personal trainer and menopause specialist.
Perimenopause hit me at 44 and I had nobody to ask. The weight would not move, my face was puffy, my joints hurt, and I was awake at 3am for no reason I could name. I had two certifications already and it still took me 3 to 4 years to work out what was happening to my own body.
Every plan I found was written for a woman shopping at an American supermarket, with no idea what to do about Ramadan, or biryani, or training modestly at home. So I built a different one.
That is what this workshop is.
Free to join. You get the registration link on Monday 5 October, two days before anyone else, and nothing else from me that you did not ask for.
I read every message myself. Unsubscribe any time, in one click.
